 Obituary

Margaret Ann McConnell Coulson, 71, passed away on December 23, 2013 at The Hospice of East Texas, Tyler. She was born on March 6, 1942, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to William and Harriet McConnell. Peggy grew up, attended school, and graduated from Classen High School, Oklahoma City, in 1960. Employed in the banking industry for over 30 years, she retired from Liberty National Bank in Oklahoma City after 18 years of service. Margaret Ann, “Peggy”, was preceded in death by infant son, Thomas William III, husband James Coulson, and parents William and Harriet McConnell. She is survived by her twin children, daughter Margaret Christine Perkins, (and spouse, Tom Ganchuk) of Austin, Texas, and son, Thomas William Perkins IV(and spouse, Naomi Perkins) of Tyler, Texas, grandchildren Lacey Cangelosi of Gonzales, Louisiana, Courtney Backes of Sandestin, Florida, and Madeline Perkins, of Tyler, Texas. Also survived by sister, Cindy (and brother in law, Noble) Stanfield, of Oklahoma City, her beloved nieces, grand nieces and nephews, and friends and relatives. A memorial service will be held at Council Road Baptist Church, 2900 North Council Road, Bethany, Oklahoma, at 10:30 in the morning, Saturday, March 15, 2014.
